Amen. I remember reading an article years ago, to stay away from artificial sugars because studies show that its linked to obesity.
The article explains why… studies shows since the body cannot process these artificial sugars, therefore the body stores it in fat cells and it’s hard to burn in exercise.
With this article and what I’ve read, the bottom line is: Natural sugars in fruit is the best way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Great article. God bless
