Republican congressman echoes Rand Paul’s call for DOJ probe into funding of riots | News

Dear Jerome,

U.S. Senator Rand Paul and U.S. Representative Ken Buck are calling for an investigation into the funding of the recent violent protests which have convulsed parts of the nation.

Please click on this link to read the full story of Sen. Paul’s and Rep. Buck’s call for the Department of Justice to start investigating the violent protests:

Late last week, Senator Paul and his wife, Kelley Paul, were harassed by protesters after the Republican National Convention. If not for the courage shown by Capitol police, it is possible that the situation could have turned violent.

The Pauls were not permitted by the protesters to pass freely; that is to say, they were physically detained – against their will – by the so-called ‘peaceful’ protesters.

Describing the events of that night in an op-ed for the Washington Times, Mrs. Paul wrote: “The mob swarmed me and my husband, Sen. Rand Paul, in a tight circle, screaming expletives, threats, and shouting, ‘Say her name.’ We rushed up to two police officers, and I believe that is the only thing that kept us from being knocked to the ground. Even pressed against the officers, we were greatly outnumbered.”

Not only that, but Senator Paul noted that some of the protesters were staying in the same hotel as he and his wife.

This fact prompted Sen. Paul to state the following in an opinion piece with Fox: “Who are these people? Who paid for their hotel rooms? Who flew them in? Law enforcement needs to look at the funding of violent criminal activity like this. And national Democrats need to confront it. It’s organized. It’s paid for. It’s violent. It’s not about Black lives or any lives; it’s about anarchy and destruction.”

We already know that the Soros-run organization, Open Society Foundations (OSF), are donating $220 million to “Black-led justice organizations” that, among themselves, have called for defunding the police and mass mail-in voting, and expressed support for the riots that have swept across the country.

Most notably, Soros’ OSF have funded the Black Lives Matter organization which is openly calling for revolution on its web-page and which is, itself, a racist organization.

It’s time that Soros’ Open Society Foundations, and, indeed, the Black Lives Matter organization, are investigated for any ties they may have to violence and the recent riots.
