“To whom He presented Himself alive after His passion by many infallible proofs, appearing to them for forty days, and speaking concerning the kingdom of God” (Acts 1:3).
For several days, I kept hearing the Lord say, “I’ve got something up My sleeve.”
I said, “Lord, what is it?”
He said, “Only those who are close enough to Me, leaning against My breast, hearing My heartbeat and leaning on My everlasting arms, will see what it is. My people have heard from CNN, FoxNews, NBC, MSNBC, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. It is high time they hear from Me.”
I sensed His heart was beating fast with excitement to tell us. As I kept leaning against Him, I heard the Lord say, “It’s showtime!”
Giant Marquees Were Lighting Up
In the Spirit, I saw on giant marquees in front of theaters, hotels and many buildings throughout the world, the words, “It’s showtime!” He was announcing to planet Earth that He was coming to show up in a sovereign way to heal, deliver and manifest His glory. It was a kairos time to show and tell cities and nations what He had to offer. Just when we thought every light on earth had gone out and the stars had fallen from their sockets, His light was returning to the world, expelling darkness.
I was amazed as I saw Him overruling people’s belief systems and revealing Himself to them. He was touching atheists who didn’t believe in Him, but He believed in them. Witches, occults, Hollywood stars and many of His own people who, through great trials, afflictions and hope deferred, had turned away from Him were still being pursued by Him.
It was a day of His appearing once again as He was making public appearances throughout the world by visions and dreams to individuals, including world leaders and mass gatherings. To many, He was the uninvited guest who had invited Himself.
Jesus Steals the Show
Jesus was taking center stage. He was stealing the show. It’s not that we’ve been intentionally putting on a show ourselves, but it was His answer to our cry for the Lord to do something more in us and through us and beyond us. He was taking what we were doing and adding His touch and putting it on the big screen in HD and 3D-Technicolor.
It was panoramic, being seen far and near, ricocheting off the surface of the earth to the high heavens and back again with great force, impacting the whole earth as though it was being shaken at once with His glory. Freedom bells rang throughout cities and regions of the world, decreeing, “It’s showtime.”
A familiar Scripture came alive gripping dark places of the earth: “Nathanael said to him, ‘Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?’ Philip said to him, ‘Come and see'” (John 1:46).
Unknown Stars Rising Out of Chaos and Gross Darkness
“That you may be blameless and harmless, sons of God, without fault, in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine as lights in the world” (Phil. 2:15).
“Those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who turn the many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever” (Dan. 12:3).
“We own the night” became the motto of unknown stars now rising. These hidden ones in long seasons of darkness discovered revelation manna that they couldn’t find in daylight. One revelation was: “Trouble means you’re alive!”
Another profound finding was that great darkness held the keys to unlock the doors of nations as their light began piercing through the keyholes of these doors, showing forth the glory of God.
God Is Picking Up His Paintbrush
God is using chaos and gross darkness as His canvas, and He is picking up His paintbrush. The ashes of our dreams mixed with tears have become God’s paint. It will be an oil painting, for He is stirring in the oil of joy. A brilliant portrait is coming forth to light up the world. Be still, for this painting is you.
I then heard the Lord say, “It’s showtime for My people who have been to hell and back. They are My living proof that when you go through hell, you catch on fire!”
Whispers From Backstage
—When it looks like it’s impossible for me to win, God is setting the stage for something greater.
—Jesus says, “Lazarus discovered I don’t wear a wristwatch.”
—For those who have strained relationships and feel forgotten by others, leave the front porch light on with a thousand-watt bulb.
